Rental conditions

If you plan to rent a car in Turkey, you must follow the following rules and regulations:
* According to insurance conditions, a person who rents a car daily in Turkey must be at least 21 years old, and to rent luxury and large cars, the applicant must be 28 years old.
* To rent luxury and large cars, at least three years must have passed from the date of issuance of the certificate.
* If you intend to rent a car, you should include it in your contract before taking delivery of the car so that there is no problem later.
* Costs related to fines and possible damages, etc. are deducted from the received deposit and the balance is credited to the customer's account.
* The cost of using tolls is collected from the lessor at the time of delivery. HGS is usually present in all rented cars with a smart city toll payment device.
* Traveling abroad with rental cars is prohibited.
 * Many highways in Turkey operate with a modern toll collection system for which electronic cards can be obtained (HGS). When the vehicle passes the sensor, they automatically receive a toll. Only the driver has to make sure that he has chosen the right route. Many rental cars are already equipped with these devices. Highway tolls are usually around 10 to 20 liras each.
* Children under 10 years old are not allowed to sit in the front seat of the car in Turkey.
* Have a valid international certificate.
* Prepare and fill the contract form between the company and the lessor.

* The amount of car rental and deposit will be fully settled at the time of signing the contract.
* The deposit amount is returned to the customer's account after deducting fines, duties and damages caused to the car normally 20 to 30 working days after the delivery of the car. (It should be noted that if the customer requests, the amount of 500 liras will be deducted from his account for the cost of an urgent inquiry and the deposit amount will be credited to the customer's account at the same time the car is delivered).
* The car is delivered and picked up exactly with the existing conditions that have been seen by the eyes of the customer
* In case of damage, including scratches and any other damage, the amount of damage will be determined by the company's expert and received from the customer.
*The clean car is delivered to the customer and it is delivered as is. The fine for delivering a dirty car is 100 lira. It should be noted that in case of delivery of a dirty car from the customer after the car wash, the customer is responsible for paying the costs after the estimation, after determining the scratches and possible damages.
*For the convenience of our dear customers, car fuel is delivered with a full tank, if the amount of fuel is less, its cost will be deducted from the customer's account at the daily price, or it will be delivered with the same amount delivered.
*If you have an international certificate, no more than 6 months have passed since your first entry to Turkey.
*Cars are delivered at the same time as the delivery time on the day of the car's return. Late delivery includes fines.
Example: It is delivered to the customer at 17:30. Delivery must be received at 17:30 on the day of delivery.
* To reserve a car, the amount of the deposit must be paid by the customer. Up to 48 hours before the reservation, 10% from 48 hours to 24 hours, 50% and less than 24 hours of the total amount received. If the reservation is canceled by the customer, this amount will not be refunded.
* The delivery of the car is from the company's door, so if the customer requests delivery at the place announced by the customer, the delivery fee by the driver is 300 lira.

The maximum permissible mileage for a rental car is 130 kilometers per day. (Example: if you rent a car for 4 days, 4 (days) * 130 km (daily limit) = 520 km)

According to the customer's request, with Full Casco, no fee will be charged if there is a police report, only the cost of sleeping the car at the repair shop will be charged.

According to the program given to the system, dear customers, if they need to renew, they must apply for the renewal by paying the full fee 24 hours before the end of the contract, otherwise, the car will be automatically turned off at the appointed time and the cost of turning it back on will require 2000 liras. damage and the company is allowed to transfer the car with the spare switch to the company and use it. If the customer does not deliver the spare switch, the amount of 3000 liras for the cost of making the spare switch will be charged to the customer's account, and the customer hereby declares his satisfaction with these conditions. and claims that the personal belongings were inside the car after the end of the contract period.
